Our marquee client is seeking a skilled
Contract Administrator
to join a leading $400M Government Contractor. This role is critical in managing and overseeing contract lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and supporting strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience with government contracting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence.

Seeking someone with a degree and 4-7 years of experience working as a corporate contracts administrator vs. federal gov’t experience only.
Want candidate who is passionate about contracts administration, eager to grow and have an analytical mindset.
Revenue is 400M.
This person will help cover a wide range of our portfolio which can include contracts for our Defense clients, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement and Civilian. Proposal support is also required.
Responsibilities
Full lifecycle (“cradle-to-grave”) contracts administration, including preparing and negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements
Negotiate and finalize government contract agreements; provide post-award administration
Ensure program management aligns with contract requirements and company objectives
Interpret and apply FAR/DFAR and agency-specific clauses
Manage multiple contracts and internal stakeholders simultaneously
Review government RFPs, advise on risks, and support proposal development
Negotiate and administer a high volume of contract actions
Communicate issues clearly and propose solutions to contractual challenges
Support supply chain and subcontracts as needed, including customizing templates for unique requirements
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
4–7 years of experience with T&M, FFP, and cost-reimbursable contracts, including:
Proposal support
Contract development, negotiation, and management
Identifying prime contract flow-down clauses and creating documentation
Familiarity with FAR and ability to research agency supplements
Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Experience negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
