Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Logistics Sales Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new customers, close deals and manage accounts. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers while evaluating their needs, and managing accounts. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in outside sales, preferably logistics or related sales
Preferred previous experience in a freight brokerage or third party-logistics environment
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
