Inventory & Logistics Specialist
Join RICOH COLOMBIA as an Inventory & Logistics Specialist responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting daily warehouse operations, and ensuring compliant shipment of materials including dangerous goods. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with inventory management systems, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support production, finance, and logistics workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track inventory using SAP for financial, material, and inventory-related transactions.
Perform daily warehouse activities including pulling parts, stocking materials, receiving shipments, and conducting cycle counts.
Maintain accurate data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including updates to inventory reports, part usage logs, and shipping documentation.
Operate warehouse equipment such as a walking stacker safely and in compliance with site procedures.
Prepare and ship materials, including IATA-compliant Dangerous Goods shipments, ensuring all documentation and labeling meet regulatory standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill material requests and support production schedules.
Ensure consistent adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Utilize a valid driver’s license to transport materials as needed.
Qualifications
SAP experience in inventory or financial tracking.
Warehouse operations experience (parts pulling, inventory control, stock management).
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Forklift certification; experience with walking stacker equipment.
IATA Dangerous Goods certification for air shipments.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
