We are looking for a
Supplier Quality Assurance Leader
Mission
Introduce and qualify new suppliers. Monitor and manage supplier performance. Drive actions to improve performance and mitigate risks. Support Sonaca’s organizational transformation by deploying SQA processes. Lead and develop a dedicated team. Directly manage one Key Group Commodity. Main Responsibilities
Assess and qualify suppliers. Onboard and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL). Supplier Quality Management
Monitor supplier performance and KPIs. Conduct procurement risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. Manage quality escapes and RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Actions), including NOE when required. Plan and execute audits. Perform AS9100 / Nadcap desk reviews. Ensure compliance with QRS and APQP (Phase 5). Manage an ESA team (3 engineers). Coordinate internally across all H-levels and departments. Act as the main interface with suppliers and customers. Profile
Education: Engineering degree. Experience: Minimum 10 years in quality management with strong technical and leadership background. Technical Skills:
APQP and project management. Problem-solving and root cause analysis. Audit management. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
