Night Warehouse Lead
Night Warehouse Associates
play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team, and teamwork is a critical part of this position's success.
Primary Responsibilities
Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/or other provided technology
Perform all duties related to shipping and picking, including picking‑to‑pallet of products
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team‑oriented behavior with co‑workers, supervisors, and managers consistent with the company's core values at all times
Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Physical Demands
Lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 165 lbs.
Bend/stoop/crouch/squat / use arms / wrists / hands / grasp

Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position; days and hours vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary.

Required Education and Experience
Minimum of 18 years of age
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling
Experience using a pallet jack
High school diploma or GED
Compensation
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan and are also eligible for 80 hours of vacation each year and 7‑8 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year (depending on location).
Hired applicant may be eligible for incentives, bonuses, annual bonuses.
