The Warehouse Laborer supports warehouse operations by handling materials, assisting with shipping and receiving, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This role is hands‑on and requires the ability to lift, move, and stage equipment and supplies in support of daily operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
Move, lift, and stage inventory within warehouse and storage areas
Assist with receiving operations, including checking and labeling incoming items
Support shipping tasks: packaging, palletizing, and preparing materials for transport
Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure items are properly stored
Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and other material‑handling tools
Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with safety requirements
Assist warehouse and inventory staff with general tasks as needed
Report damaged or missing materials to supervisors
Minimum Qualifications
1–3 years of warehouse or general labor experience
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely
Familiarity with basic material‑handling equipment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work extended hours
Must pass all required background checks and site access requirements
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
