Quality Assurance Analyst Manager
ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). The company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst Manager.
Responsibilities
Self-starter, detail oriented, organized, with excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Employ a variety of surveillance techniques to monitor and evaluate performance in the areas of contract compliance, service delivery, and oversight of all areas of the service contract including Janitorial, Food Services, Transportation, Facilities/Grounds Maintenance, and Student Support. Special focus should be given to areas of critical, chronic, or high visibility.
Conduct quality checks on subcontracted work to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with the task’s statement of work.
Develop and distribute quality analysis and assessments based on inspections and research.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual assessments as required.
Brief management and co-workers on specific findings observed during quality checks and offer corrective action/solutions.
Contribute to policy and procedure development decisions while supporting needed initiatives.
Maintain oversight on site KEY Control program.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
May be required to supervise a small team of employees.
Additional duties and assignments as directed by the Program and Deputy Program Managers.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
At least three years of recent experience in inspection and oversight of facility related work including maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance and routine job tracking to include risk analysis and metrics collection.
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable codes and regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the International Building Code, National Electric Code, National Fire Protection Code, US Food Code, OSHA General Industry Standards, and various Federal, State, and Local code requirements.
Supervisory experience of one or more employees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Valid SC driver’s license.
US Citizen.
Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted.
Pass background investigation and physical exam.
Available to flex hours if needed to support after hour inspections.
