General Manager in Training - South Park
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located at 4310 Sharon Rd X11, Charlotte, NC 28211, is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self‑starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
Achieve all performance‑based goals set by spa leadership and the company (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales).
Lead the front desk team to exceed all sales and performance goals.
Provide an exceptional experience to all guests and valued members.
Oversee and manage daily operations of the front desk.
Assist General Manager in managing the daily operations of the business.
Train, monitor, and coach teams, including in‑the‑moment coaching.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training all new hires at the front desk.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits.
Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Perform administrative functions in conjunction with the General Manager, including sales reporting, register operations, and cash handling.
Qualifications
Passion for people and providing excellent service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Enjoy occasional travel for training, conferences, or other business‑related activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fast learner with a positive attitude.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets); knowledge of Zenoti or similar appointment systems is a plus.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.

Compensation: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour, plus uncapped commissions and a lucrative bonus structure, with average annual compensation up to $45,000, depending on performance.
