What We Need We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization seeking a dedicated

Business Development Representative . The BDR will spearhead the outsourcing and development of opportunities to build pipelines across commercial, enterprise, government, and channel sectors. Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams, you will strategize on campaigns and initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in the small business and up‑market spaces. This pivotal role is instrumental in achieving our annual growth objectives, offering ample opportunities for recognition, reward, and career advancement.

What You'll Do

Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate new leads and opportunities.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team based on predefined criteria.

Research and identify key decision‑makers within target accounts.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and strategies.

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Communicate persuasively and collaborate effectively with others.

Continuously learn about

GPS Insight 's products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to communicate the value proposition to prospects.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.

Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.

Fast learner, open to coaching and continuous improvement.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.

Tech‑savvy with experience in utilizing dialers, marketing automation, and CRMs (ZoomInfo experience is a bonus).
