Day Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Regular Job Description

Administers retirement plans, employee benefits plans, Affordable Care Act (ACA) tracking, eligibility and reporting, and HRIS transactions. Educates and provides guidance to employees, resolves benefits issues, and ensures benefits transactions are processed within compliance requirements. Transmits accurate data to vendors. Assists Benefits’ leadership with Human Resources Shared Services Center as needed and serves as back-up for Human Resources Center Representatives. Experience

3 years of experience in retirement plans or employee benefits Must have functional working knowledge of and experience with HRIS Preferred Qualifications

CEBS designation Knowledge of Lawson HRIS Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Certification Summary

No professional certifications required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Demonstrated understanding of benefits terminology, plan design, claims resolution, and compliance requirements Must be able to prioritize and meet strict deadlines Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment Strong analytical capabilities Job Responsibilities

Administers employee benefits plans, including health, pharmacy, dental, vision, life insurance, Affordable Care Act eligibility and reporting, educational assistance, paid time off, vacation, and sick leave. Manages vendor file maintenance and transmittal and employee status changes. Provides employee guidance and resolves benefits issues. Ensures all transactions are processed within compliance parameters. Manages annual open enrollment, including Employee Self Service (ESS) preparation, HRIS file preparation, and testing. Delivers benefits presentations, including new hire orientation and baby showers. Runs and analyzes data analytics.
