What You'll Do Lead the maintenance efforts for our property, ensuring apartments and facilities remain in excellent condition. Your day will involve overseeing work orders, apartment turnovers, performing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems, and leading a maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities Include
Oversee and complete apartment maintenance and repairs
Manage work orders and apartment turnovers
Perform preventative maintenance to keep all systems running smoothly
Lead maintenance team members, providing guidance and support
Maintain a high standard of customer service and property upkeep
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance (or similar fields)
CFC and HVAC certification required
Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems
Expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical)
A valid driver's license and ability to travel to additional properties if needed
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive, solution‑oriented attitude and exceptional problem‑solving abilities
