We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Supply Planning Analyst to join our Supply Chain team and support the Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning (SIOP) process by analyzing material forecasts, aligning supply with demand, and optimizing inventory levels.

Responsibilities

Balance appropriate customer service levels and overall inventory objectives.

Use PFEP (Plan for Every Part) methodology to determine optimal stocking levels and supply plans.

Identify and manage excess and obsolete product with a continuous improvement approach.

Proactively communicate potential supply issues with Sourcing and lead issue resolution.

Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure successful supply to plants and achieve KPIs.

Lead the management of MRP tools to drive inventory levels supporting key metrics and business objectives.

Own and maintain material master settings for efficient workflow and inventory flow.

Support the monthly Supply Review (Supply/Demand balancing) meetings as part of the SIOP process.

Present department KPI to general managers and executive leadership (customer fill rate, inventory days on hand, aging inventory, etc.).

Create processes to manage both stocking and made‑to‑order items.

Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated supply plans.

Conduct monthly root‑cause analysis of KPI for each site and identify corrective actions.

Skills & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, or related supply‑chain management role.

Strong analytical skills with applied statistical knowledge to support demand, supply, and inventory planning decisions.

Hands‑on experience with S&OP, SIOP, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes (preferred).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building complex models and working with large datasets; experience with Power BI preferred.

Experience creating and managing Excel and database files; SQL query development experience a plus.

Extensive MRP planning experience, especially SAP and M2M environments.

Exposure to data warehousing, analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools is a plus.

ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
