Overview
Shift Leader – hourly position serving as a secondary level of management in the restaurant. The Shift Leader supports routine administrative and operational tasks, including opening and closing duties when management is unavailable. Responsibilities
Drive excellence in customer service and maintain fast, accurate service. Conduct periodic food safety audits and perform daily inventory checks. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to crew on customer service, product quality and speed of service. Assume full responsibility for cash procedures such as bank deposits, making change, opening/closing the safe and verifying drawers. Monitor inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment on a daily basis to ensure adherence to company standards. Monitor speed with service (SWS) performance and resolve bottlenecks to achieve SWS goals. In the absence of management, manage food and supplies deliveries and perform restaurant opening and closing duties. Provide hands‑on training for crew in Learning Zone. Qualifications

Hourly wage $17.00 to $20.00. PTO – 40 hours per year for full‑time Team Members with 52 weeks continuous service; 80 hours per year for those with 5 years continuous service. Medical, dental and health insurance. Short‑term disability after 90 days of employment. Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
