Operator Assembler- 3rd shift Molding

Shift 3rd shift 10:00 pm-6:30 am Sun‑Thurs
Responsibilities
Inspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specifications
Use Bill of Material (BOM) to pull required materials
Read and understand Operational Quality Inspections (OQIs)
Use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)
Mix chemicals and materials as required
Ensure the quality of the products being produced
Perform periodic checks on output
Complete assigned tasks through hot stamping, sonic welding, pad printing, resistance welding and silicone back filling
Recognize faulty equipment promptly
Perform assembly and secondary production operations
Qualifications
1+ years of experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience using a microscope
Knowledge of clean room environment procedures and regulations
Knowledge of machinery and equipment
Ability to read and understand work instructions, prints, and IPs
Knowledge of basic math concepts and skills
Ability to read, comprehend, follow and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents
Mechanical aptitude
Dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Experience in a cleanroom environment
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Pay Range Details
Operator Assembler I $18.00-19.00
Operator Assembler II $19.00-21.00
Operator Assembler III $21.00-23.50
USD $18.00 - $23.50 /Hr. This pay range reflects the base hourly rate for positions within this job grade, based on market‑based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, education, internal equity and local market conditions.
Offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
This position is eligible for shift differential.
