Job Description The coster processes documentation and cost analysis on vehicle sales, all transactions involving finalizing vehicle sales, including compliance identification of supporting documents.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year of clerical office work and automotive dealership experience preferred but will train the right person.
Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds Software preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Process sales staff commission sheets for payroll.
Check Inventory to ensure accurate accounting.
Take in and Receive/Post funds.
Payoff Units.
Upkeep Accounting Schedules.
Assist with Vehicle Management.
Ensure all motor vehicle paperwork is processed accurately.
Audit retail deals for accuracy and proper processing.
Other duties determined to be needed by direct supervisor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
