Job Overview
White Castle, America’s first fast‑food restaurant, has been operating for more than 103 years and is seeking friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. This role will lead a Certified Great Place to Work® team by organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service, and motivating the crew. You will operate the cash register and drive‑thru, prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and work the fryer/griddle, among other day‑to‑day tasks.

Requirements

1+ year of food service or management experience.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
