Manager, Implementation
Location: Atlanta, GA
HID Global is looking for a strong Implementation Manager. This position will oversee and drive our field services and support activities related to the installation and maintenance of HID technology solutions in healthcare entities. The role focuses on improving service standards, developing operational excellence strategies, and fostering a positive, proactive work environment.
Responsibilities
Installation and delivery of our RTLS technology at customer sites in the North American Healthcare market.
Lead day‑to‑day management of field service teams to ensure goal achievement and client satisfaction.
Take the lead on resolving complex or high‑priority service issues, escalating when necessary.
Coach and develop management and support staff through one‑on‑one meetings and performance management.
Plan delivery, evaluate business models, align team objectives with enterprise goals, and provide necessary tools.
Develop, administer, and monitor SLAs, using data to evaluate productivity and implement improvements.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to streamline processes and secure necessary resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university required; candidates with a lower‑level degree and additional relevant experience may also be considered.
Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in healthcare technology.
Experience managing onsite teams within a client‑facing environment.
Process improvement mindset and willingness to provide constructive feedback.
Proactive, resilient approach to overcoming setbacks and challenging timelines.
