Program Manager
Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS)
Job Overview EVS is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the senior on-site leader responsible for overall contract execution in support of U.S. Navy Surface Combat Systems training and network operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all technical, administrative, cost, and schedule aspects of contract performance
Serve as primary liaison between EVS and Government stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of services, reports, and data deliverables
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams
Oversee compliance with contract requirements, cybersecurity policies, and quality standards
Work is not remote and will be performed on-site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of contract and program management experience
Demonstrated experience managing Navy or DoD IT/network programs
Clearance
Active Secret clearance (minimum)
Certifications (Required)
IAM Level 1: Security+ CE – CompTIA Security+ (CE version)
IAM Level 1: CAP – Certified Authorization Professional (ISC²)
IAM Level 1: GSLC – GIAC Security Leadership Certification
Certifications (Preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
ITIL Foundation
Employment Date Employment would begin upon contract award.
