Description Hui Huliau Defense Systems LLC is currently seeking a Logistics Supply Specialist for our location in Oahu, HI. The Logistics Supply Specialist will play a hands‑on, operational role in the movement and storage of goods. They are focused on the 'how' and 'when' of getting products from one point to another within the broader supply chain. This role will provide support ensuring that the compound and related activities have the tools, equipment, material and supplies necessary to ensure the mission can execute smoothly and flawlessly.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect, inventory, store, and distribute equipment/supplies.

Maintain the tool room and issue, receive and inventory all tools.

Track shipments, inventory and account for inbound and outbound shipments and verify invoice accuracy.

Ensure all deliveries, Machinery etc inside the fence line is operated safely, has appropriate ground guides stand‑off distances etc.

Maintain accurate records of finished product room and shipping and receiving.

Maintain equipment/supply database systems by adding, adjusting, and removing inventory to meet mission requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact with carrier representatives, coordinate shipments and arrange deliveries. Ensures access is coordinated with DOD and all delivery drivers have DOD access, required documentation, insurance etc.

Create diverse supplier network—identify primary and backup suppliers and secure best value pricing—manage vendor relationships.

Support facilities manager in the maintenance, coordination, checking in and out of motorized equipment.

Create expense reports and manage corporate credit/purchase card related to duties.

Assist Facilities Manager in maintenance as required.

Other duties as required.

Education and Skills Experience

Associate's degree desired; High School or diploma or GED required.

3+ years' experience with Microsoft office suite tools.

Must be able to obtain a SECRET Clearance. Current SECRET of higher clearance a plus.

Must be a US Citizen.

Able to execute responsibilities independently, with minimal supervision.

Network‑based inventory control management and supply tracking systems experience required. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with information technology.

Physical Requirements

Repetitive motion. Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force regularly and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, bend, kneel, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods in an office environment or outdoors.
