What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Coordinate and manage project teams of 2-5 people, including construction managers and project engineers
Develop and manage customer and subcontractor contracts, as well as project execution plans
Ensure project progress stays on schedule and within the prescribed budget
Serve as the primary liaison for customers and the employer team regarding project‑related items
Oversee project quality control and establish safety plans and goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Engineering from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager
Familiarity with CA IOU Utility interconnect agreements and California Utility Regulatory agencies
Knowledge of electrical theory, National Electric Code, and California Building and Electrical Codes
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project, and experience with Procore Software is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with the DSA approval process
Customer‑focused mentality with strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple discipline projects in parallel
Willingness to travel on‑site for duties or supervision as required
Experience with web‑based and smartphone applications
