The researcher will be involved in developing knowledge and tools to promote the adoption of energy efficiency practices in small and medium-sized suppliers, in line with the objectives of the European E4S – Energy for Supply project in which he/she will be involved. The activity will include analyzing the barriers that hinder the transition to energy efficiency in supply chains by collecting qualitative and quantitative data to understand the dynamics between key companies and suppliers. The candidate will contribute to the study of collaborative business models and innovative financial solutions, with a particular focus on Sustainable Supply Chain Finance, to encourage SMEs to invest in energy efficiency. He/she will also be involved in the preparation and dissemination of results through publications, workshops, and networking activities with international partners and industrial stakeholders.
