Overview This position provides high‑level administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President, Head of Domestic Distribution for Paramount Pictures. The Executive Assistant ensures the EVP’s office runs efficiently by managing complex schedules, coordinating communications between external and internal partners, and acting as a key liaison with stakeholders requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Schedules and manages EVP’s calendar, coordinating meetings with multiple participants.

Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence.

Supports EVP in strategic priorities, monitors and prioritizes incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow‑ups.

Anticipates executive needs and proactively resolves scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks.

Arranges travel plans and itineraries and compiles documents and expenses for travel‐related meetings.

Arranges meetings or conferences by booking rooms, issuing meeting requests or invitations, and coordinating handouts.

Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.

Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, processes expense reports, and performs invoicing for various areas.

Coordinates and supports all administrative duties in the office.

Completes other ad hoc duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting senior executives; entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.

Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs.

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding issues or information received.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Upbeat, friendly, self‑starting, positive.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Good relationship‑building skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers, and senior management.

Hiring Salary Range $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 (applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington, and most other geographies). Starting pay depends on geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
