We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and construction projects across
North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana . This role requires a collaborative leader who works closely with field personnel, estimators, and operations management to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all phases of construction and electrical projects
Coordinate daily with project foremen, superintendents, and field crews to ensure work is progressing safely and on schedule
Collaborate with the estimating team on bids, budgets, and project planning
Partner with operations management to align project goals with company strategy and resources
Monitor costs, schedules, materials, and labor for efficiency and profitability
Manage client communications, job meetings, and project updates
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
Handle all required project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeouts
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in construction or electrical contracting
Strong background in industrial, oil & gas, energy, or large‑scale commercial projects
Effective communicator and team leader with experience managing foremen and field teams
Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools
Experience working with estimating and operations departments
Willingness to travel to project sites throughout ND, SD, and MT
OSHA 30 and PMP certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
$150,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience
