Continuous Improvement Supervisor
Kraft Heinz is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead our efforts in identifying and implementing process improvements across the Kraft Heinz Champaign plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the team to develop and implement changes that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement using data analysis, process mapping, and other tools.
Develop and implement improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align with organizational goals.
Lead and facilitate improvement teams, applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or TPM.
Monitor and evaluate progress by tracking KPIs and metrics to measure initiative effectiveness.
Communicate improvement initiatives and progress to stakeholders, including employees, management, and customers.
Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Execute digital initiatives, such as automation and data analytics, to drive process improvements.
Maintain a safe and quality‑centered work environment aligned with company safety and quality commitments.
Requirements
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role, preferably in manufacturing or production.
Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements with measurable results.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (KHMS, Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM).
Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in a continuous improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, etc.).
Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
Familiarity with food manufacturing regulations and standards.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $68,900.00 – $86,100.00. This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. Benefits include healthcare coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, employee assistance programs, and additional wellness resources.
Location Holland Factory, Champaign plant.
