What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the full new logo acquisition cycle from initial outreach to closing deals with high-growth target accounts
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting across various channels
Conduct discovery meetings to identify customer pain points and align GitLab’s solutions with their needs
Navigate complex sales cycles engaging C-level executives and cross-functional buying committees
Collaborate with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success for technical evaluations and smooth post-sale transitions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in B2B SaaS sales focused on new business development and logo acquisition
Proven track record of building territories from scratch and closing new customers
Familiarity with consumption-based business models and ability to articulate value propositions
Strong consultative selling skills for engaging C-level executives and multi-stakeholder groups
Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background in managing multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously
Experience with modern sales technologies and methodologies
Openness to diverse backgrounds that bring transferable skills in business development and prospecting
