Our office, Ayik & Berto - Woodhill Endodontics, in Dallas, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator with Dental Assistance experience to join our busy specialty practice.
Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator with Dental Assistance experience to take on all administrative and front office duties while also having dental assistance experience to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors while being able to multi‑task. Schedule: This role includes typical office hours with flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs. (Schedule details to be discussed during interview.)
Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued during their visit which means the following:
Welcoming patients to the dental office
Maintaining accurate patient records
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
Checking, sorting and forwarding emails
Keeping updated records and files
Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
Assisting with maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked operatory
Providing oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions
As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Your Background: You are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You're a team player that is adaptable to new and challenging tasks. You’re an enthusiastic, passionate and collaborative problem‑solver who is always proactively striving for excellence. You also have the following:
Ability to multi‑task
Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.)
Strong communication and people skills
Understanding of treatment plans
Knowledge of instrument sterilization according to regulations
Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
Problem‑solving skills
High school diploma
Desire to help your patients

Compensation Position Base Pay Range: $17 - $23 USD. (Base pay may vary depending on experience and location.)
