Project Manager
Lead end-to-end project management for assigned technology administration initiatives.
Ensure all project activities comply with global change management policies and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage change impacts across people, processes, and systems.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile delivery practices where applicable.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership on project progress and outcomes.
Support portfolio-level reporting and governance activities.
Required Qualifications
7–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or financial services.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of change management principles and governance frameworks.
Experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience in technology administration or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with enterprise change management tools and processes.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $105,000 a year
