Shift 1st Shift | Start between 7–8 AM (M–F, 8 hrs./day)
Overview Seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to oversee complex contracts and ensure full compliance with U.S. and international export control laws (EAR, ITAR, OFAC, etc.). This role involves contract negotiation, risk management, order management, and trade compliance across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage high‑value, complex contracts from proposal through fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and global trade regulations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract changes in accordance with company policies.
Support proposal development, RFP responses, and NDA creation.
Monitor contract performance, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams on technical, quality, and legal matters.
Lead process improvement initiatives and mentor junior staff.
Maintain records, manage order entries, and oversee demand planning (S&OP).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field required.
8+ years of progressive contract administration experience.
Contract management certification (NCMA/IACCM) required, or JD/MBA in lieu.
Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and export compliance.
Proven negotiation, risk assessment, and customer relations skills.
