is the custom division of Andersen Windows, founded in 1903. We are seeking a hardworking, self‑motivated individual for a full‑time, year‑round opportunity.
Responsibilities
Assist in loading and unloading materials for market jobs.
Manage inventory process with the Operations Manager.
Organize the warehouse based on business needs.
Process, package and ship orders accurately.
Handle heavy items up to 75 lbs as needed.
Maintain inventory and inspect products for defects and damages.
Examine inbound and outbound shipments.
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory appropriately.
Verify and fill customer invoices.
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Proven warehouse experience.
Ability to handle heavy items up to 75 lbs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player.
Positive, energetic attitude.
Good time‑management and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly compensation: $21–$24/hr, bonus paid 60 days after hire date.
Full‑time position, 40 hours per week.
