Base Pay Range $19.00/hr – $19.00/hr

Job Summary Audit food safety and quality checks established in Kettle Cuisine’s HACCP/FSMA and Preventive Control Programs. Provide on‑floor QA support, investigate and troubleshoot food safety, quality, or process control issues, and assist management in data collection to improve products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform verification of food safety and quality checks.

Provide QA support for investigation and troubleshooting of safety, quality, or process control issues.

Assist QA management in collecting data to improve products and systems (Statistical Process Controls).

Assist QA and Operations during special batch runs.

Assist QA and Operations in conformance checks of ingredients, packaging, and finished product.

Work safely and follow Kettle Cuisine standards and occupational safety regulations.

Help the KC‑Savage Plant and QA department achieve goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Two years of related experience in Quality Assurance.

Good communication skills (computer, writing, and verbal).

Ability to understand and convey ideas and instructions effectively.

Ability to work effectively with others.

Prioritization and follow‑through to achieve results.

Technical Experience

Self‑starter who can conceptualize and drive initiatives forward.

Positive attitude, motivated by contributing to team success.

Develops strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Creative problem‑solving skills.

Strict attention to detail, well organized, and able to juggle multiple projects.

Comfortable working fast in ambiguous environments.

Passionate about food.

Addresses difficult situations directly with patience and respect.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Occasional physical exertion, some lifting up to 40 pounds.

Moderate concentration required for complex tasks.

Some visual effort required for periods of time.

Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, cold, dust, or minor hazards.

May require weekends or overtime as needed.
