RN Manager of Hospital Operations - AVH, Part time

Functions as administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families, other hospital departments, and outside agencies.
Essential Responsibilities
Has authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the administrator on call, Legal Dept and/or Risk Management when appropriate (30%).
Serves as a resource person in dealing with complex or complicated patients; identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care (30%).
Facilitates patient flow, identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care, ensures resources are utilized appropriately and in a cost‑effective manner (20%).
Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures of the facility and with all regulatory requirements (20%).
Qualifications Minimum
Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi‑state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
3 years recent nursing experience.
CPR – American Heart Association.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Previous management experience.
