Job Overview
The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. You will lead and develop a diverse frontline team, foster a safe and productive work environment, and drive overall success for a global leader in contract logistics.
Salary Range
National: $62,500 - $70,000 California: $70,304 - $82,000 Washington: $80,169 - $82,000

Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support; foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of heightened safety awareness.
Monitor KPI and operational metrics to track performance; prepare regular reports and analysis to highlight achievements, challenges, and improvement recommendations.
Facilitate open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
1+ years logistics industry experience (preferred).
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
