In partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration, Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide program to develop continuous quality improvement processes that enhance person-centered service delivery and support to people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Daily Work
Travel throughout the region
Lead onsite reviews of residential and day service provider organizations
Interview people in service, families, guardians, and provider organization staff
Conduct provider reviews to determine alignment with person-centered principles and CMS regulations
Collect data and write reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Partner with people in service to conduct National Core Indicator Surveys
Collaborate with other Liberty Quality Reviewers
This field-based position requires regular travel throughout Southern Maryland, primarily Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. Estimated travel is 70‑80%.

Qualifications
At least four years of experience supporting people living with developmental disabilities
Knowledge of person‑centered practices
Bachelor’s degree
Outstanding verbal and communication skills
Consultative approach and ability to achieve rapport with a wide array of individuals
You must have a driver’s license and insured vehicle for work‑related travel. Qualified applicants working as Community Support Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Care Coordinator, Advocate, Direct Support Professional, Registered Behavior Technician, or in a personal support role are encouraged to apply.
