Position Overview As a Warehouse Pick Line Associate, you will play a crucial role in our team by ensuring the efficient picking, packing, and staging of products for shipment. You will collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors to maintain optimal workflow and inventory accuracy. Your responsibilities will include operating pick line equipment, accurately fulfilling orders, and providing feedback on processes to enhance productivity. You will also assist in training new team members and communicating any operational challenges to your supervisor, helping to foster a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to our overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders and specifications, ensuring timely preparation for shipment.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate pick line machinery and equipment, following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels to support efficient operations.
Quality Control: Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements, addressing any issues promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and provide constructive feedback to supervisors, contributing to ongoing operational improvements.
Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and support other warehouse functions as needed, demonstrating a willingness to contribute to the team’s success.
Additional Duties: Complete other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation to the Rochester warehouse
Skills
Ability to accurately pick and pack items, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly.
Capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items as required in a warehouse setting.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Clear verbal and written communication skills to provide feedback and report issues to supervisors.
Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse environment.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
Hours: 9 AM to 5:30 PM
