Position Summary
The primary function of Regional Business Office Manager is to help manage the customarily recognized Business Offices of the communities, particularly regarding staff members of the Business Offices of the communities. The Regional Business Office Manager supports and develops the Business Office staff of the communities to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process. This position will require travel. The Regional Business Office Manager works in conjunction with and supports the Revenue Cycle Department.
Education / Qualifications
Two or more years of Long‑Term Care experience related to Revenue Cycle.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
Knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility requirements, from application through the appeal process.
Ability to travel as required.
Shift & Wage
Full‑time position.
Monday–Friday shifts.
