Job Summary We are seeking qualified and flexible candidates to join our Columbus Motor Company family. We are open Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sales consultants will have one day off during the week. We value competitive pay and a positive culture. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, IT, or call centers is encouraged.

Responsibilities
Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
Fantastic communication skills with customers.
Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check.
Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record.
