Job Summary The Office Manager should ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and daily operation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by ensuring their workstation is set up if applicable.
Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware and travel arrangements).
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with a diverse network of colleagues, candidates, and clients.
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with all documents, files, conversations, etc.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Extensive knowledge and experience in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Customer‑service oriented – recognize both internal staff and external candidates as clients.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / HR / Marketing or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 50 lbs.
Ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.
Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information.
