Mid‑Level Cyber Strategic Planner at DISA
Hunter Strategy seeks a Mid‑Level Cyber Strategic Planner to support DISA’s J‑5 Planning Directorate in developing and coordinating cyberspace operational plans in support of joint force requirements. The candidate will participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Teams, contribute to mission analysis and course of action development, and assist in the preparation of campaign plans and operational orders aligned with national and DoD strategic guidance.

Participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Teams.
Contribute to mission analysis and course of action development.
Assist in the preparation of campaign plans and operational orders aligned with national and DoD strategic guidance.
Support contingency planning efforts and coordinate with CCMD and service cyber components.
Conduct analysis of directives including the National Military Strategy and DoD CIO Capability Programming Guidance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
2‑4 years of experience in military or cyber operations planning.
Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligibility required).
War college attendance or intermediate‑level professional military education strongly preferred.
Position is on‑site at Fort Meade, MD with hybrid flexibility available for highly qualified candidates.
