$103,000 – $150,000 depending on experience

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing manufacturing operations and production teams.
Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis for operational insights.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proven experience with ERP system implementation or optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Demonstrated experience in automation integration or advanced manufacturing technologies
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
