We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast‑track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense market.

Construction Quality Control Manager — Field Operations (Barksdale, LA) QC Managers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project‑specific quality control program, executing its performance according to contract requirements, completing administrative documentation on time, and cultivating customer satisfaction with the client. The role is on‑site at the Barksdale, LA military base, and is expected to run through March/April 2026, with the next location to be determined upon completion.

Pay:

$140,000–$160,000 per year, depending on experience

Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following Experience

A BA/BS degree in Industrial, Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is the minimum formal education preferred. A combination of equivalent work experience and training may be qualifying.

Ten or more years combined experience (or equivalent) in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer, including two years’ experience as a QC Manager.

A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate is required; RMS/QCS training is preferred (training is available).

Specialty inspection training and licenses/certifications highly desired.

LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred.

Level 1 EM 385‑1‑1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour certifications required. Training can be provided.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.

Specific software literacy (Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS) preferred.

All candidates must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire. Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and a commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to a job site at a military base (if applicable).
