Job Overview
Supervisor of Security and Emergency Services for our gated retirement community at Erickson Senior Living’s Wind Crest community.
Location Wind Crest, Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Compensation $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Ensure community security through gatehouse, patrols, access control, visitor/contractor registration, and key management.
Monitor safety programs, including inspections, incident response, hazard communication, and respiratory mask fit testing.
Partner with the SES Manager to update and maintain Emergency Preparedness Plans.
Complete Incident Reports, daily shift reports, and respond to calls for service.
Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and counseling employees.
Establish schedules, review, and approve timesheets, and perform performance evaluations.
Provide daily leadership, motivation, and communication to direct and indirect reports.
Qualifications
At least 21 years old.
Minimum 2 years of public safety supervisory experience (Fire, EMS, or Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience.
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Responder experience.
Current valid driver’s license.
