Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Essential Duties
Work independently to manage daily property operations.
Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, focus on safety, and maximize units available for rent.
Job Qualifications
Valid driver's license.
Cash handling experience is preferred.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask.
Experience in sales.
Physical Requirements
Conduct property walks often during shifts.
Spend about 50% of time in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property, including inspections and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
Ability to transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
May be required to run errands and travel/commute to other store locations.
Average Day: You will start your day preparing for opening, ensuring a clean environment, verifying the cash drawer count, and conducting a property walkthrough. Throughout the day you will assist customers, process rental agreements and payments, address concerns, inspect the property for maintenance needs, and ensure safety and security measures are in place. You may also participate in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and training sessions. Your day will end with closing procedures and securing the property. You will work five days a week (Sundays off) and be finished by 6 pm, allowing time for personal pursuits outside of work.
