is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Western Massachusetts. The role involves managing cost, schedule, safety, client relations, and quality assurance.
Core Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of project‑related cost management
Assist in the development and maintenance of the construction schedule and monitor progress with the team and subcontractors to meet milestones
Support the company’s Safety Program and participate in safety training and meetings
Analyze workload and staffing levels proactively and resolve manpower issues
Develop strong relationships with clients by constant communication of schedules, financials, and construction progress
Track and manage insurance and subcontractor agreements
Provide monthly cost reporting and forecasting of labor, subcontractor, and other project risks to management
Assist in developing, tracking, and completing the project QA/QC program
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of the construction process, estimates, plans, and specifications
Track record of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
Ability to proactively influence and establish positive working relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal employees
Detail‑oriented, organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines while delivering accurate deliverables
Robust knowledge of scheduling, document management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with COINS and BIM 360 is a plus
