About the Opportunity We’re seeking a dynamic

Project Manager & Estimator

to join a long-standing commercial construction team. If you're passionate about building meaningful spaces, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

Since 1993, this organization has delivered distinctive commercial projects that shape the Houston landscape. More than just a general contractor, they are a

family-owned and operated business

committed to craftsmanship, long-term relationships, and a culture of trust.

Their portfolio spans

community centers, hospitality, cultural spaces, and retail developments , including high-profile ground‑up projects such as

North America’s first Gandhi Museum . Because of the complexity and scale of their work,

remodel-only experience is not sufficient —they require professionals who have taken full-cycle, ground‑up commercial builds from dirt work through final turnover.

Why This Role Stands Out

Legacy of Excellence

– Contribute to commercial projects that make a lasting mark on Houston.

Growth Opportunity

– Join a company on a strong upward trajectory with room to advance.

Collaborative Spirit

– Be part of a small, tight-knit, family-oriented team where your contributions matter.

Competitive Rewards

– Enjoy a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities to grow your career.

Responsibilities As a Project Manager & Estimator, you’ll be at the center of the construction lifecycle—guiding projects from initial concept through final completion. This is a

hands‑on role

where you will own your projects end‑to‑end: coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, reviewing drawings, resolving issues, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Many team members manage

multiple active projects , so you must be organized, proactive, adaptable, and confident operating with autonomy in a fast‑moving environment.
