Position Overview
The One Team Associate is a key member of the onsite operations and hospitality team. This role supports daily office operations, ensuring the care, maintenance, and seamless functioning of in-office spaces—including work areas, conference rooms, teaming spaces, copy/print/supply areas, and catering/café environments.
This position also assists with hospitality services and provides support across several sub-specialties such as reception/guest arrival, mail services, and Tax Processing. The role may additionally support procurement, records, and facilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support in-office spaces including work areas, conference rooms, teaming spaces, and common areas.
Assist with office hospitality services, ensuring a high-quality experience for internal teams and guests.
Support reception and guest arrival processes with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Handle mailroom operations, deliveries, and internal distribution.
Provide support for Tax Processing tasks as needed.
Assist with procurement, records management, and facilities-related tasks when required.
Uphold office appearance standards and ensure spaces are properly stocked, organized, and functional.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
1 year of hospitality or office support experience , preferably in a corporate, customer-centric, or service-oriented environment.
Ability to
lift up to 35 lbs
as part of daily operations.
Must be
legally authorized to work in the United States
without sponsorship, now or in the future.
Ability to be
onsite Monday–Friday
during assigned business hours.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
An approachable, professional, and pleasant demeanor.
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, including leadership.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A sense of urgency, adaptability, and professional maturity.
Willingness to work
occasional overtime
when needed.
