Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served and keeping a safe and clean store environment. High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but required only at specific locations) Tip eligibility subject to state regulations Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire Location
