Description
We create and maintain great teams. In this role you will learn and perform all aspects of snow removal across our winter jobs. You will also clean, maintain, and secure all equipment as directed by policies.
Responsibilities
Remove snow using various types of heavy equipment during multiple hours, depending on snowfall.
Be available each time it snows and report to a central location or directly to the job site.
Remove snow in appropriate locations, avoiding piling it on trees, shrubs, fire hydrants, or sidewalks.
Report any concerns or incidents to your direct supervisor.
Fill out a job sheet after each snow removal operation.
Participate in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for team employees and clients by adhering to company safety policies.
Be aware of safety issues or concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation to and from any work site.
Prior experience operating snowplow equipment and heavy equipment for snow removal.
Able to work on‑call and overnight during the winter months.
Desired (Not Mandatory)
Ability to participate in routine maintenance of equipment.
Experience working efficiently in a production‑driven / fast‑paced environment.
Physically able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions with sporadic hours based on a snow event.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to climb in and out of equipment.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to safely operate equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Willing to dress appropriately for all weather conditions.

Pay
THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS $20 - $30 PER HOUR BASED UPON PREVIOUS RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.
