SQA Services ishiring immediately in Tallahassee, Alabama,forLevel II Composites Inspectorsto supportour client'sproduction ofBoeing 787 GEnx-1B engine fan case modules.
This role is critical to maintainingon-time deliverythrough accurate, high-throughputin-process and final composite inspection, includingMRB verification.
This is afull-time 6-month contract rolewithAirfare, hotel, rental car, and meals covered. Candidates must be available to startimmediately.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual, dimensional, depth gauge, and Shore A durometer inspections on composite panels. Verify compliance to engineering drawings and specifications . Document inspection results in MES or digital quality systems . Support MRB verification and maintain a target throughput of 8 panels / day . Required Qualifications
5+ years inspecting aerospace composite structures (Level II equivalent). Strong defect recognition and dimensional inspection skills. Experience with durometer testing (certification provided if needed). Ability to read engineering drawings and write clear inspection reports. Preferred Qualifications
MRB, repair, or rework inspection experience. Familiarity with GE Aerospace or Boeing programs. High-volume production inspection background. Per Diem Available
