Position Summary Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Service Contract Negotiation Professional to manage vendor service contract negotiations for the Fab and related departments. The role focuses on scope optimization, cost savings, and performance management while ensuring compliance with legal, finance, and procurement standards.

Role and Responsibilities

Work within the Service Contracts team to manage vendor service contract negotiations for the Fab and support departments.

Effectively manage annual service contract negotiations, optimizing scope and achieving cost savings initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Fab Engineering, Innovation, Samsung HQ Procurement) to ensure customer needs are included in all scope negotiations.

Participate in strategy setting and business goal achievement for annual service contract agreement negotiations, selecting appropriate contract type, service level coverage, and quality improvement.

Experience working with Finance and Legal teams to meet established service contract goals, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years in service contract negotiations, specifically sole source.

4+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management – semiconductor experience is a plus.

CPM, CPSM or CPIM certification is a plus; proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system preferred.

Detail oriented, data driven; ability to analyze and interpret data with an eye toward results and process/system improvement.

Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills.

Proven ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.

Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to organize work and deliver on multiple high‑priority tasks simultaneously.

MS Excel advanced ability preferred.

Total Rewards The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 – $156,950. Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs based on organization and individual performance.
