Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Perform daily storage‑unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring units are ready to rent
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of the daily business
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport/lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweep/mop interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal, keeping them clean and free of debris
Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.
Transportation : Employees must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between work locations or for other work‑related tasks. Mileage reimbursement is available.
